Jazz Banjo Academy is an online learning platform dedicated to inspiring and educating people in their journey to learning traditional jazz, dixieland and New Orleans music on the banjo. 

Jazz Banjo Academy was founded by Jack Ray (that's me), after I discovered the joys of traditional jazz music and playing banjo. In 2016 I decided to share my passion for this music by developing materials to help every level of player reach their goals. Through combinations of Ebooks, video lessons, blog posts and Skype lessons it is my hope that every banjoist and musician will gain some further appreciation for the music and enhance their own skills.
